“ I had to make a delivery to River Valley and I had two different addresses and the address that I had in my email was different from the bill of lading. So I used the address from my email and noticed that the name of the food bank wasn't on the building so I left and made a phone call to River Valley and to a lovely lady and I explained to her my situation with the location to make my delivery. She told me that they moved out of that building four years ago and I'm like, what. So she connected me to a lovely lady who is the director of River Valley. Again explaining to her my situation and told me that the appointment was for Monday morning. The broker never got back to me with changing the appointment to me or my dispatcher. You can't even imagine what was going through my mind. The director mentioned that she had hired some temp workers to handle the frozen blueberries I had to deliver and felt awful about it. At this point she told me the correct address and told me to bring it in for her. I was very pleased with these lovely ladies that worked with me to do my job. To the lovely ladies, Thank You For Understanding J. R. Flores Driver For EKS Trucking LLC ”
